Perception is everything!
All your senses are involved in sending information about your environment to the Amygdala and Hypothalamus; the perception center of the brain. The perception center has a direct effect on your physiology and is intimately involved in your ability to adapt to your environment.
Attitude is a byproduct of your perceptions. By changing your perceptions, you can change your attitude, which can directly influence your body’s physiology. After all, how well your body afunction is coordinated by your brain and nervous system.
Your attitude determines how you face challenges and adversity. Those who tend to “lean in” to adversity and are naturally more solution oriented, tend to have stronger immune systems than people who are more prone to focusing merely on the gravity of the problems they face.
In many of our courses, we teach how to change your thinking from victim to victor, thereby giving your body the best opportunity to heal and express it’s full potential.
